Jennychlod.com intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
Return conditions
To send one or more returns to Jennychlod.com, the Customer must respect precise conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the Jennychlod.com website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the product via a disposable security seal with the Jennychlod.com logo. The product must be tested without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a lanyard with relative label. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) – The products to be returned must not have been worn, used, washed or treated in any way.
C) – The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) – All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item and the box intact.
E) – The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) – The Customer who wishes to make an exchange of size, color or item for the same or greater amount must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the site at Jennychlod.com.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Jennychlod.com reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
The return procedure
The Customer must follow the instructions listed on the return and replacement instruction form contained inside the package.
The shipping cost will be borne by the Customer. Please attach the printout of the order inside the package to be returned. The package must be sent to the following address: Jenny Chlod srl Via Pio la Torre, 3, 80016 Marano di Napoli NA.
Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Jennychlod.com is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by Jennychlod.com staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Jennychlod.com reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
Reimbursement
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit with Paypal credit (if the order was paid with Paypal) or bank transfer. There may be a few days between the date of receipt of the return and the date of the refund. Refunds are made in the same currency of purchase. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
